Victor Brekenfeld 50741bc7bb Rework `InputBackend` abstractions to track individual devices ... Removes the notion of Seats from `InputBackend` and replaces it with `DeviceAdded` and `DeviceRemoved` events allowing compositors to descriminate between single devices.
